- An enquiry, table request or payment acknowledgement is not itself a confirmed booking. Check the hotel or booking channel’s confirmation and any stated payment requirements.
- Review your dates, room category, occupancy, meal plan, included facilities, total price and cancellation conditions. Special rates and third-party bookings may have different terms disclosed before confirmation.
- All hotel booking deadlines use Indian Standard Time (IST, UTC+05:30). Early check-in and late check-out require confirmation and may attract disclosed charges.
- For cancellation charges, refund eligibility and processing times, read the Cancellation & Refund Policy and your accepted booking terms. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
Dining, events and other services
Restaurant table requests require the restaurant manager’s confirmation. Courtyard and Orchid hall bookings, catering, packages and pickup orders follow their accepted quotation, confirmation or order terms. Room cancellation percentages do not automatically apply to these services.
