This policy explains cookies and similar browser storage used in connection with the Suburban Residency website. It should be read with our Privacy Policy. The hotel is a three-star property in Kottayam, Kerala.
What cookies and browser storage do
Cookies are small values stored by your browser and sent with relevant web requests. Local storage keeps a value in your browser without automatically sending it with every request. Both can remember choices or help a feature work. Some values last only for a session; others persist until expiry or deletion.

The five pages covered by the choice control are Booking Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Terms of Use. Cookie names, availability and lifetimes can vary with browser restrictions and provider changes.
Choose or change optional analytics
Use Accept analytics or Reject analytics in the cookie-choice panel. Both choices leave these policy pages readable. Optional analytics stays off until an affirmative choice allows it; continuing to browse is not treated as consent.
You can reopen the choice from the footer of any of these pages. Rejecting analytics disables it here and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies for the hotel domain where technically possible. It does not erase information already processed by a provider; contact us about an information request.
Choices apply to this browser and website origin. Clearing site data, switching device/browser, or using the www and non-www versions can require a new choice. If browser storage is blocked, the choice may work only for the current page. If JavaScript is disabled, these policy pages do not load optional analytics.
Other hotel pages and external services
Other pages of the hotel website may load Google Analytics under their own settings. The controls on these five policy pages do not automatically stop tracking on those pages. Use your browser’s site-data or tracking controls when visiting them.
When you open a booking engine, payment provider, map, social-media site or WhatsApp, that service may use its own cookies or local storage under its own notice. These policy pages do not embed marketing pixels, a payment form or a map. Links do not load those destinations until you follow them.
Fonts are requested from Google Fonts to display the hotel’s typography. Font delivery can expose technical request data, including your IP address and browser information, to the provider; it is separate from the optional analytics cookies. See Google’s Privacy Policy for its handling of such requests.
Browser controls and deletion
Use your browser’s privacy or site-settings menu to view or delete cookies and site data, block third-party cookies, or restrict tracking. Blocking all storage can affect preferences or a separate booking/payment service. Browser controls are independent of the hotel’s page controls.
Private browsing and “Do Not Track” settings do not necessarily prevent every technical request or third-party data collection. For personal-information questions or deletion requests, use the Privacy Policy contact process.
Changes to this policy
We will update the cookie information and choice controls if website features or providers change. The date shown on this page identifies the latest version. A new optional purpose requiring consent will need a fresh choice before it is enabled.
