Booking Policy

Welcome to Suburban Residency, Kottayam. This Booking Policy outlines the terms and conditions for reservations made through our website, mobile platforms, or third-party booking channels.
1. Reservations
- All bookings are subject to availability
- Booking confirmation will be sent via email or SMS
- Guests must provide accurate personal and contact details
2. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in time: 12:00 PM
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges
3. Payment Policy
- Advance payment may be required to confirm bookings
- Accepted payment methods include:
- UPI
- Credit / Debit Cards
- Net Banking
- Full payment may be required during peak season or promotional bookings
4. Pricing and Taxes
- Room rates are per night and per room
- Applicable GST is charged as per Indian government regulations
- Additional services (food, laundry, etc.) will be charged separately
5. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours prior to check-in (standard bookings)
- 50% charge for cancellations within 24–48 hours
- No refund for cancellations within 24 hours or no-show
- Different policies may apply during peak seasons or special offers
6. No-show Policy
If a guest fails to check in without prior notice, the hotel reserves the right to charge the full booking amount or at least one night's stay.
7. Modification Policy
- Changes to booking dates are subject to availability
- Rate differences may apply
8. Refund Policy
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
- Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment
9. ID Requirements
- All guests must provide valid identification at check-in
- Foreign guests must present passport and visa
- Indian guests must present Aadhaar, Driving License, or Voter ID
10. Hotel Rights
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings in case of:
- Fraudulent transactions
- Incorrect information provided by the guest
- Violation of hotel policies
11. Force Majeure
Suburban Residency shall not be liable for cancellations or service interruptions caused by events beyond control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.
